Pink Floyd Tribute Band

Welcome to the machine that is the website of 'Echoes', a UK-based band dedicated to re-creating the sounds of Pink Floyd. We are a six-piece band based in the Surrey / South West London area who came together in early 2007 with a view to producing a set with the attention to detail that Floyd fans will appreciate. We believe that Pink Floyd's success is based on their musicianship and songwriting and so concentrate on producing the most professional sound we can within a given space, whether it's a pub, private club or theatre-style venue. Latest News: ( June 2009 ) Firstly, a big Thank You to everyone who has supported and enjoyed our performances over the past ten months!
We will be working over the summer to get at a couple of new numbers (hopefully) ready for gigging later this year. Regulars will note that we have recently added 'Young Lust', 'One of These Days' and 'Shine on You Crazy Diamond' to our original set and we'll be looking to add more to the list and changing the set order when we can to avoid each gig being an exact duplicate of the last - although it can be tricky when we're dedicated to just one band!
Summer holidays mean that August and early September will be 'gigless', but we have one more confirmed date before then ( see below ) - hope you can make it! Forthcoming gigs:- Please check with the individual venue for exact music start times and directions - location maps are given for general guidance only (and occasionally the online maps can be misleading!). Generally, we start gigs at between 8:30pm and 9:00pm and finish between 11:30pm and midnight. Friday 31st July 2009
